Autumn-Winter 2012 at Ego.

El Ego is the apple of Pelonio´s eye. Our passion for innovative experiences, coupled with our interest in fashion, inspired us to create a forward looking platform for young, up and coming designers in Madrid to showcase their designs. Where some may have been satisfied with just a niche market attending such event we wanted to create an extravaganza everyone would sit up and take notice of. We wanted our fashion shows to express ourselves, the designers and to give an insight into what the future of such fashion holds. We introduced our vision to Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, and after ten editions parading next to some of our national star designers, it is reasonable to say that an image speaks louder than words.

February 2010

After Luis Corujo and Maya Hansen´s incorporation to the latest editions of El Ego, their collections this year became one of the star attractions on our fashion show, together with newcomers such as Etxeberria. On this edition, the rear of the set design was based on a switchable light installation, customizing and transforming the staging and set design of each designer´s runway, using the light as a thread to connect the whole fashion show. For this years show Etxeberria and Llus Corujo took the L’Oreal Award for Best Collection
